Hiking Club Trail Description

Begin your hike at the picnic shelter. Follow the trail north along the Mississippi River through the Old Crow Wing Village site. The trail follows a segment of the Red River Oxcart Trail, where tracks from oxcarts that traveled this route in the mid-1800s can still be seen.
