Hiking Club Trail Description

Driving from the park entrance, follow the road to the sign for hike-in campsite 15 (in the second campground loop) and park your vehicle. Take the trail leading to campsite 15, but then continue west along the river. The wooded route meanders along the Rainy River, with a view of Canada on the opposite shore. Wind through this beautiful park enjoying scenic vistas overlooking the river, complete with rapids and rock outcrops dating back 2.5 billion years. Keep an eye out for bald eagles year-round.
